Probiotics for the Soul

Adding the good stuff in!  I know you all know this to be a bit of a theme of mine - because I believe in it.  Our psyches do much better with knowing what we can have than what we can't. 

Whether it's adding in greens or whole real food or affirmations or gratitude or smiling or breathing well: these things drive out the icky or naughty or "bad" stuff - because they are stronger, healthier, happier, more powerful. 
When we are adding in more of the positive foods and behaviours and thoughts we start to feel better and better, we want more of the good stuff.  Over time we drive out the not so good.  When we take probiotics or have a diet that's rich in them, we drive out the bad bacteria, same with all of the above! 

So it came to me the other day that all of these are like probiotics for the soul.    This blog will be about what good stuff we can add into our lives in order to enrichen our wellness and organically and naturally drive out the unwelcome!
